Game Rules and Betting Conditions

Who Can Play

CrownGold accepts players only from countries and regions where online gambling is permitted by law. It is the player’s sole responsibility to check the gambling laws of their jurisdiction before placing bets. Only adult players are accepted — the minimum age is 18, or the age set as eligible for online gaming by the player’s place of residence, whichever is higher. Players identified as underage will forfeit any accrued winnings, and CrownGold may request proof of age and suspend access until it is provided.

Players from the following restricted countries and their territories are not allowed to deposit and play real money games: USA, UK, China, North Korea, Russia, Iran, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Belarus, Central African Republic, Libya. CrownGold cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds if a player breaches this policy. Using a VPN to bypass geographic or game-provider restrictions is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings.

Player Account

Each player may create only one personal account. Creating multiple accounts may lead, at CrownGold’s sole discretion, to termination of all such accounts and cancellation of all payouts. Any winnings or bonuses accrued through a duplicate account may be reclaimed. You must not provide access to your account to any third party, including minors, and the account may be used for personal purposes only. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date.

KYC Verification

CrownGold follows standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and may request verification documents (ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) before processing a withdrawal, even if documentation was previously provided. Where required, a phone call to the number on your account may form part of the verification. Account actions may be limited until verification is complete. If a player fails to provide the required KYC information in full within 30 days of the request, related winnings — whether from bonuses or real funds — may be subject to confiscation, and the account may be locked.

Depositing

The platform offers a range of payment methods, including Visa and Mastercard cards as well as alternative and crypto options. Using third-party payments is prohibited: deposits must be made only from accounts, cards, or wallets registered in your own name. If this condition is breached, winnings may be confiscated and the original deposit returned to the payment account owner. The minimum deposit is A$30 or equivalent; the maximum depends on the chosen payment method and is shown at checkout. Due to the nature of cryptocurrencies, deposit limits cannot be applied to crypto deposits — please use another available option if you wish to limit your play.

Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is A$30 or equivalent; the maximum depends on the payment method used, and amounts exceeding a method’s limit will be paid in installments. CrownGold may request KYC documents before processing a withdrawal and may hold payouts for the time needed to verify identity. If false or incomplete personal data is provided, a withdrawal may be refused and the account terminated. Any deposit must be wagered before the connected funds can be withdrawn; where several deposits are made with no gaming activity, the total amount must be wagered prior to withdrawal.

Bonuses and Fair Play

All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements and terms stated for each promotion. CrownGold has zero tolerance for bonus abuse and advantage play. Any player attempting to gain unfair advantage from welcome offers or other promotions — through stolen cards, chargebacks, multiple accounts, incorrect registration data, forged documents, or any other action that may harm the casino — agrees that CrownGold reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Anti-Fraud Policy

CrownGold applies a strict anti-fraud policy. If a player is suspected of fraudulent activity — including collusion with other players, strategies aimed at unfair winnings, chargebacks or denied payments, creating multiple accounts, or other forms of cheating — CrownGold reserves the right to terminate the account and suspend or cancel all payouts. In the event of a chargeback, CrownGold may charge the player an amount equivalent to their available balance to cover damages, pursue further losses, and close the account. Suspected manipulation of the casino system may result in retained payments and criminal charges.

Account Closure

CrownGold reserves the right to close a player’s account and refund the account balance, subject to deduction of any relevant charges, at its absolute discretion and without obligation to state a reason or give prior notice. You may also request closure of your account at any time by contacting support.

Fees and Taxes

You are fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to your winnings according to the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. CrownGold is not a financial institution: your account does not bear interest, and no conversion or exchange services are offered.

Complaints and Disputes

You may contact our customer service team according to the instructions on the website with any complaint about our services. Complaints are handled by the support department and escalated within CrownGold if they cannot be resolved immediately; you will be kept reasonably informed of the status. A complaint is accepted only from the account holder and may not be assigned, transferred, or sold to a third party. In the event of any dispute, server logs and records act as the final authority in determining the outcome. Any claim arising out of these Terms must be filed within one year after the claim arose.

Disclaimer of Liability

By accepting these Terms you confirm your awareness that gambling may lead to losing money. CrownGold is not liable for any financial damage arising from your use of the website, nor for hardware or software defects, unstable or lost internet connections, or other technical errors. Where a wager or payment is processed in error, CrownGold reserves the right to cancel or re-settle it at the correct terms. If your account is mistakenly credited with funds that do not belong to you, that amount remains CrownGold’s property and will be deducted; if already withdrawn, it constitutes a debt owed to CrownGold.

Non-Transferability

You may not assign, pledge, or transfer ownership of any claims arising from these Terms, the use of the website, or participation in the games without CrownGold’s consent. This includes the transfer of any assets of value, such as ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, and any related rights or claims.
